Perfect. It would be good to have a goal which can be set and then add ideas under that section - currently you can assign a category to a card but cant have a category card (goal) that allows ideas to be added to the goal. eg. A manager users a tab as a way to ask for various goals (in the way of cards) to be acheived - people can add ideas to that goal. But there can be many goals that get added so each would be able to attract their own ideas
Great idea, something similar to what shipIT is doing: To create OKR, and link them to initiatives
