If the first character of a Page Title or Menu tTtle is an emoji and I change that emoji to a different emoji the title does not change when saved.

Categories do not have this problem
I also found that statuses are having the same problem. If I only change an emoji it says statuses must be unique. So it seems to me that Emojis are not being considered in text comparison.
